  5. Why Family Focus Forums working for us? • Triangulate data – good practice! • Data is so rich • Give field data specific to a region • Validates survey data • Helps us interpret survey results • Directs next steps

  6. Family Focus Forums:Development of Guided Questions • Return to strategy we used for adopting outcome measurement • Members of state team – “flush out” the components of each of OSEP questions • Engage various constituent groups • ICC executive committee and the ICC

  7. Outcome 1: Know and Understand your rights • Did someone discuss … before initiating service? • Are you aware/understand them? • When and how did you receive them? • Where they reviewed with you on more then one occasion? • Do you know who to call if you have a concern?
