Summary of Implementation of PE Elective Purpose of PEX – university admission, motivation and education of students Commitment – Many students are committed to the subject, as reflected in limited drop-outs, better performance in comparison of other subjects (assignment, test results…) LT approach – from direct teaching to a variety of LT approaches

  3. Summary of Implementation of PE Elective Collaboration of PEX schools – from sharing of venues, resources, etc to form network with DLG Commitment of teachers – provide rich learning experiences for students (visit, assignment, test …)

  4. Directions of PE Learning Circle Collaboration of teachers – from learning and teaching materials to organise joint functions Trial out learning and teaching activities – Movement Analysis Visits / Workshops Sharing platform SBA

  5. Visits / Workshops • Last year: Library workshop for teachers • This year: 3 students library workshops for 4 schools at Shatin • Visit HKU Institute of Human Performance (運動及潛能發展研究所) on 05-07-2010
