Foundation Champions Program • To be a Foundation Champion: • Make a state council or chapter contribution from the state council/chapter funds • Conduct a Leadership Campaign • And do one or both of the following: • Increase (by 10% or more) the state council or chapter donation over the previous year’s donation • Hold at least one special fundraising event to benefit the SHRM Foundation • SHAPE • Meeting the eligibility requirements for the Champions Program is also a requirement for the Gold Award and Platinum Award, as explained in the SHRM Affiliate Program for Excellence (SHAPE) planning documents
