  1. Latin American Travel Guide! • The Sun and Sea Resort Development Company has hired you as a consultant. The company wants to build a new resort in Latin America. It is your job to select a country/island, gather information about it, and design a travel guide that will convince the company to build there.

  2. Guidelines • Each of you will be assigned to one Latin American country to create a brochure • This will count as a test grade • Brochures must be neat and colorful • They can either be hand drawn/written or designed on the computer

  3. Guidelines • The company wants you to include the following… • Climate • Major landforms/Physical features • Activities/places of interest • Resorts and price per person • Map • Historical sites/tours

  4. Guidelines • The company wants this done on 8 1/2 x 11 computer paper • Works Cited page with at least two sources • Due: February 1, 2013
