  4. MCCVLC Initiatives State Authorization Regulation Project (Federal State Authorization requirements are being monitored through the VLC. The VLC also was a member of the 48 college meeting in April in Indianapolis working on a State Authorization Reciprocity Agreement.) Course Quality Assurance Project (GRCC’s rubric is based on this as well as Quality Matters.) Project GOALS (Jeff Kissinger from IT participated this year.) Non-Credit Task Force (Julie Parks has been involved.) Open Courseware & Textbook Project

  5. Revenue Sharing (20% Home College, 70% Provider College, and 10% VLC) Summer 2013 - GRCC Received $6,174 Winter 2013 - GRCC Received $2,342  Fall 2012 - GRCC Received $767 Note: 120 (116 last year) courses have been offered through the VLC by GRCC.
