    7. 6 Ohio Conservancy Act of 1914 Political subdivision formed under ORC Chapter 6101 to solve water management problems. Operates under the jurisdiction of a conservancy court consisting of 1 Common Pleas judge from each county in the district. Board of Directors – court will appoint 3 people, 2 must live in the district. Board of Appraisers – court will appoint 3 appraisers.
