Achievements • Training sessions: 4 VCs, Hands-On Session during Regional Fiduciary Week • One-on-One audio sessions on- demand • Data Input: • country portfolio completed for IL projects; • Lot of challenges for small TF projects (IDF, EITI, Avian Flu, …etc), • Populating underway for regional projects • Reports Analysis • RMFM requests Portfolio reports by Cluster/ • Monitor exceptions with FMS • Take corrective measures

  5. Lessons Learned • Initial Technical Problems Created Confusion & Doubt about Stability/Reliability • Reinforce Discipline & Teamwork; • Facilitate Implementation of Regional QAA; • Facilitate IFR monitoring & on-time rating / Cut-off date: June 30,2007

Lessons Learned Continue… • Shed light on the Need to Streamline the Management of Regional Projects • Impose to Clean Up / Update project info in SAP • Give a complete View of the Portfolio by Country, Cluster, Region: - workload, quality, issues and resources needs • Major Challenge: Turn-Over in Regional Staffing
