Characterization of Recombinant Apolipoprotein A-IV and Its Variants

This study focuses on the characterization of recombinant apolipoprotein A-IV (rApo) and its effects when administered in different forms. We examine the impacts of rApo with a molecular weight of 45 kDa, and its variants utilizing methods involving PBS and intravenous administration at a dosage of 0.5 mg. Our analysis covers both the positive (rApo+) and negative (rApo-) variants. The results aim to provide insights into the biological functions and potential therapeutic applications of rApo in lipid metabolism and related disorders.
