Analysis of Relative Concentration and Elution of GST-SSB in Mpn Using Blue Dextran

This study evaluates the relative concentration of GST-SSB from Mpn using blue dextran for fractionation. The analysis was conducted with respect to OD280 measurements, targeting molecular weights around 55 kDa. Multiple eluted fractions were collected, with focus on specific volumes corresponding to their optical density readings. The data highlights the efficiency of various concentrations and their impact on the yield of GST-SSB, providing insight into optimal conditions for protein purification.
