Academic Pillar Strategy • Squad Sergeants more involved. • Having the Academic officer as an Advisor to the Squad Sergeants. • Continue with no cell phone distraction policy for 4th Class during first semester. • Ensure 4th Class are using the Academic Support Center and other Academic Assistance. 5
