  5. Academic Pillar Strategy • Continue to enforce Study Hall • Ensure that AO is not abusing excused absences • Make sure cadets are aware of resources • Continue to give incentive for good grades

  8. Military Pillar Strategy • Utilize Drill Master for Parade • Stay on top of Platoon Sergeants for formations • Follow through with punishments • Set high expectations, and let it be known • Make sure XO provides punishment for skipped guard • Make sure weekend duty is doing their job

  9. Moral-Ethical Assessment • P • Strengths • Community Service • No Honor Violations • Males and Females get along well • Weaknesses • Instances of bullying/ talking down on one another • Involvement of HA

  11. Moral-Ethical Pillar Strategy • Provide more Honor training for company • Have a good HA team put together, not just for knobs but for whole company • Make sure you have good members of CCEC • Create good relationships with your subordinates • Diffuse situations immediately

  14. Physical Effectiveness Pillar Strategy • Utilize Juniors to conduct exercises for company • Make sure accountability is enforced in mornings • Have good relationship with Athletic Officer • Be creative, try new exercises

  15. Company Commander/TAC Comments • Emphasize the use of Chain of Command • Ensure that all rank holders understand responsibilities and what is expected • Do not micromanage, just ensure that people are doing their job • Build relationships, you will see better performance from subordinates
