  9. Cognitive Schema refers to metal models of people, things, organizations. These modes guide perception. Knowing a users schemata is important to understand processes users employ when they approach work. I redesigned a study skills course from the ground up. It was crucial to understand my users (students) who would take the course. I knew their schemata(s) and this helped design outcome and assessments to manage and maintain the curriculum. Can you name some schema your users form?
