  1. WELCOME By TMS

  2. Needof the hour to +2 Students You have to aspire for higher education. Unless you aspire, others can’t think on your behalf. They can only support or encourage your thought process. But this decision should be only yours. 3 D’s – Decision >Determination>Dedication In case your parents or brothers or sisters are more educated then you can consult them Or else you have to seek the opinion only from your class teachers and not from incompetent friends or relatives or neighbours

  3. Why to study after +2 • Right from nursery we are studying year after year only to pursue But after +2 we have no option but to improve our employable skills either by getting placed in a reputed company or study further to improve only higher employment opportunity. • There are many options to continue studies after +2 • 1. B.A or B.Com or B.Sc or BBA which are the basic or general graduations • 2. B Tech, BE BVSc, MBBS, BDS etc which are professional courses. • In the first category, job opportunities are more in number but only at a mediocre level • In the third category, the subject is very attractive, lucrative but unfortunately the available seats are insignificant when compared to the qualified student strength. i.e. 3/1000 study and the study period is longer and many involved is unbearable to common man. • In the second category, it requires only involvement and dedication from the students however rich or poor he may be. • You are at liberty to choose your desired course and all are professional courses under engineering where the no of seats is more than sufficient to the requirement by the +2 students • This category requires only a medium level of expenditure and medium level of years and the very important thing required is titled as CLAPS in short which is available free of cost in a very few where they really care for the future of their college students. • This CLAPS helps every one fetch a job very easily in the global situation

  4. EMPLOYABILITY • Employability seems to be a threat to the youth society. But the fact is the other way about. There are more than enough opportunities but employable skill is just in the inverse proportion. • Generally the experts aver that only 15% of the graduates have employable skills. • Once the younger graduates both professional(Engg) and arts (Incl Science and commerce), gets tuned up in communication(Soft skills) and Aptitude, every one has more than one opportunity • It is Paretto’s theory on the ratio 80 – 20. If we think and strive, at any moment we can reverse the ratio into 20 - 80. • Students need clarity of IQ and EQ as follows: • Upto +2 level they have only EQ Emotional quotient which means function through their mind and desire. • After +2 level they need to focus at IQ – Intelligent quotient which functions through their brain and deserving. • By deserving means they can get for they have worked at it

  5. EQ means what they want to attain according to their desire which may not bring the good but pleasant but they are not productive and promotive and deprive them of from achieving their goals • IQ based thinking is necessary which will be provided by “CLAPS” • EQ based thinking will fetch them only ordinary and unproductive, worldly and uneducated low profile students’ results which may be useless and demining them in future.

Common and comprehensive way both verbally and orally • The entire intrinsic nature of the language is comprehensible within 3 days • I have specialized myself in handling this in a very easy practical and interesting und humorous way to the students of any category irrespective of their medium • It is a proven fact that Tamil Medium students feel it more comfortable than the English medium students after they attend my program for 3 days • English grammar is nothing but a simple combination of rules and regulations and exceptions (adding flavour to the language)

  11. Attitude • It cannot be taught by others but they can guide you • Attitude is one which can be recognised and developed only by human beings • It is nothing but bringing out our best from us already within us by ourselves

  14. Subject Strength • Ability to comprehend and reproduce the concepts of the subject • Mere memorising and rote method may be suitable at school level to score marks but it is not at all essential and useful at College level • Subject remains to be subject in this method and forgotten once the examination is over. • At college level the subject if comprehended and contemplated it ever remains in you as knowledge which helps you through out your career and life • Once it become s knowledge it never goes out of you without giving you’re the desired and deserved result now or later • For comprehension, contemplation and retention, you need to love yourself, the subject, the teacher the institution and your life. • This art has to be taught by the faculty which is done by me in all colleges • It further leads to listening > improving the concept of the content to a desired and current usage in day to day and future development of ourselves as well as the society as a whole.

  15. Tips to increase subject strength • Improve • memory skills • Listening skills • Notes taking skills • Recollecting and contemplating Remember 3 R’s Read > Recollect > Reproduce Memorising tends to vomit and makes your brain empty whereas understanding with interest makes digest and strengthening your intellect If you fail to plan, you plan to fail

  16. Points on Knowledge by Swami Vivekananda • Education is the manifestation of all perfection already in man. • Education is not book-learning; not diverse knowledge. • The training by which the current expression of will, brought under control to become fruitful is “EDUCATION”. • It is not the amount of information gathered and undigested but is for life-building, man+character making and assimilation of ideas. • Negative ideas (EQ) weaken men. • Positive thoughts (time bound IQ) improve them men to build them and achieve their goals

  17. Concentration • There is only one method to attain knowledge; called CONCENTRATION. • The very essence of education is only concentration of mind. • The main difference between animal and man is only concentration and not the collection of matter. • High achievements in arts, music, science Technology etc are the results of CONCENTRATION. It is only the key to the treasure of knowledge.

  18. Education is not filling the mind with a lot of • information. Perfecting the instrument and getting • complete mastery of our own mind is the Ideal • Education. • USE MIND AS A SERVANT TO INTELLECT & • USE INTELLECT TO CONTROL YOUR MIND. • Be physically pure to get intellectual greatness. • It is called Ojas. • Present day students are capacitated to have • ojas which is a main reason for failure in their • life in spite of higher education
