Activity • Task: Create and perform a radio commercial for the city of Geneva. Explain what made Geneva different and important. • Consider the following when writing: • What makes Geneva different from other cities? • What activities might you find its citizens doing? • What activities are not allowed in Geneva? Why? • What happens to people who break the rules? • Read the sections “Calvin leads the Reformation in Switzerland”, and “Calvinism spreads” for extra information • Remember that many people of the time admired the way Calvin ran his theocracy at Geneva.
