  5. L’estimation du lot « gros-œuvre » sera à valider à la phase Avant-Projet Définitif (APD). En attente de l’étude de sols, elle est faite sur la base de fondations classiques moyennes. Ce montant peut donc sensiblement s’alourdir dans le cas de nécessité de fondations spéciales. Une provision pour imprévu a été ajoutée à ce lot.

  6. Proposition d’évolution des locaux laissés vacants après l’agrandissement de l’école * Pour permettre un meilleur accès au service.
