  2. e-Learning Vision Coherent approach: “e-Learning as an innovative and powerful method of teaching and learning, directed, coordinated and promoted by ACT at the Strategic level, whilst delegated to the most appropriate ETF to produce, develop, deliver and maintain effective, relevant and high quality courses” NATO and national e-Learning courses offered to all NATO and partner nations through the NATO networks and MOU’s with nations
