  9. It is all normal! What should I expect as a parent? As your child moves through the sixth, seventh and eighth grade--EXPECT many changes. academically (students searching for independence) socially (shifting of peer groups) emotionally (bursts of hormones)

  10. StayConnected! Review your child’s agenda book each night. Cross-check assignments recorded and homework that has been completed. Check edmodo and WMS website. Get involved! Become a member of the PAC! Volunteer as a chaperone! Be a guest speaker in your area of expertise! Make contact! If you have a question, do not hesitate to call a teacher, a guidance counselor or an administrator to get the answer! What can I do as a parent?
