New Teacher Induction Program Successful completion of NTIP requires: • Two successful teacher performance appraisals in your first year of teaching • Completion of NTIP strategy form (INS) • Submission of TPA’s and NTIP strategy form to H.R. • Notation on the teacher’s Certificate of Qualification and on the teacher’s OCT public register
