  2. Teens and Cellphones • 52% of teenagers sent no more than 15 calls/texts • Proven that most active users have trouble falling, and staying asleep • 15x or more a day causes sleep trouble

  3. Warning signs • Difficulties waking up early • Waking more often during the night • Tossing and turning through the night • Drinking more caffeine and/ or alcohol

  4. Studied Facts • 1/21 teens had their cellphone during the night • 11/21 sent more than 15 text/calls per day or more • 10/21 only used their phones 5 text/calls per day or less
