Hampshire STEP Program: An Evolving Pathway

Hampshire STEP program is a collaborative initiative involving multiple organizations focusing on skill development and cross-boundary operation system (re)design. Co-directed by Howard Simpson, Bruce Armstrong, Jason Somerville, and Helen Rush, with clinical directors Charles Deakin and John Kitching. Pilot projects include ECP Pilot and HAST/NHHT collaboration, emphasizing multiprofessional teamwork and interprofessional education. The program aims at improving emergency care practitioner competency through a competency framework and innovative clinical focus.
