PDM 帳號申請流程 PDM Service Application. 點選 New Object 後會出現 New 的視窗. Create New ECN. 無帳號先向有 PDM 帳號同仁借用 Account 申請. Create New ECN. 2. 1. 選完 Type 後，系統會自動跑出一個 PSA 開頭的 ECN OK. Type 選取 PDM Service Application. Cover Page  Description/Reason/Workflow. 填寫申請事項. 填寫申請理由. 選 PDM Service.

  1. PDM 帳號申請流程PDM Service Application

  2. 點選 New Object後會出現New的視窗 Create New ECN 無帳號先向有PDM帳號同仁借用Account申請

  3. Create New ECN 2 1 選完Type後，系統會自動跑出一個PSA開頭的ECNOK Type選取PDM Service Application

  4. Cover PageDescription/Reason/Workflow 填寫申請事項 填寫申請理由 選PDM Service Workflow選完Save系統會由UnassignedCreate

  5. 3 Site         4 Job Title       1 Application Category 2 這幾個欄位請參照Outlook上的資料 5 Work Group     Page Three Data

  6. Audio Status 1 2 點選 會詢問是否要Audit確定出現訊息視窗告知是否有漏填欄位

  7. Next Status 將畫面移到此ECN的Workflow 以上確認無誤後，點選 加會簽人員

  8. Add Supervisor/Observers/Notify 在Approvers加單位主管會簽 選取簽核人員(如主管、PM) 選取會閱人員(如產銷、物控) 選取受通知人(但無簽核，僅會閱) 加入註解

  9. Address Book 1 2 可直接於下方List選取會簽人員，或是在Find Name輸入指定的名字後按 可以找出符合該名的所有人員，選取完後按OK 3

  10. Change Status to Supervisor APRV 點選 將此份ECN傳送給相關人員會簽

  11. Workflow 尚未簽核人員 會閱人員
