  2. 4.1 Reflecting on Teaching • The educator/teacher should provide a thoughtful, detailed reflection on their teaching: including specific examples and the strengths of each; similarly offering alternative actions and the probable success of the alternative actions. • This is the LESSON REFLECTION!! draft

  3. 4.2 Communicating with Families-Evidence Examples • Parent engagement newsletter • Phone call/email logs • Post cards/notes home • Meetings w/parents attendance • PLP contact forms • Websites/PTO/Twitter • Class Celebrations/P/T Conf. attendance • Any other documents created by the teacher which show ongoing communications with families.

  4. 4.3 Showing Professionalism-Evidence Examples • Maintaining IEP/PLP timelines • Up to date Medicaid Billing • PLP’s/ Progress Reports • Tracking Sheets • Maintaining Required Data Inputting • Adhering to Deadlines • Committees • Volunteering • Record Keeping Binders • Portfolio notes • DIBELS/Progress Monitoring etc

  5. 4.3 Evidence continued • Active Participation on sub-committee’s/ILT’s/SIT/TST • Professional Development log from MLP • Maintaining Confidentiality of students • Alternate Assessment preparation • Any other evidence determined by the teacher. • All evidence should be created in a format that the teacher is comfortable with and should not be determined for said teacher.
