  2. Know your bins! General Waste. Fortnightly Plastic, paper and tin. Fortnightly Garden waste- has to be requested. Fortnightly Food waste bin- Weekly Glass- jars and bottles- abandoned May 2010- can now be mixed in the brown recycling bin. Fortnightly And a smaller bin in the kitchen!

  4. Huge publicity campaign to educate people about the bins- many were confused about what was acceptable.

  5. Too many bins? Inner city houses have small yards.

  6. Narrow alleyways make it difficult to move bins-

  7. Smaller bins for elderly residents.

  8. Bin day! Obstacle and an eyesore….
