  4. Interesting facts • Over ¾ of the people surveyed asked if Mormon/LDS would be classified as Christian • When offering popsicles on a hot day, people flock to take your survey. • Even if you run out of surveys • And the popsicles are half melted.

  5. Conclusion from Survey • Majority of people consider themselves in a religion • That the neighborhood they live in is mainly Christian • Indicates that they don’t think their neighborhoods are not very diverse and that diversity has only increased slightly over time. • However, majority of surveys say that more then one religion is practiced in their house. • This indicates that the survryed live in a diverse home compared to their neighborhood

  6. Maps agree • The maps of the main cities show that the neighborhoods are predominantly Christian. • There were a few minority religions, but the number of Christian churches out weight it greatly. • The majority of the dots on all the maps are for Christian churches. • There were few synagogues and m • Surprisingly, there was one Pagan/Wiccan Church listed in the West Valley Map

  7. Salt Lake City Ogden

  8. Sandy West Valley

  9. Conclusion • We expected that the neighborhoods would be more diverse then the people thought. • However, Maps show that the people were almost right on with the large gap between Christian and non-Christian meeting places.
