  6. myPassword® myPassword ® start screen https://password.accero.com/

  7. myPassword® NOTE: Before myPassword can be used, you must access the site and complete the security questions found under the “Edit my Profile” section.  You must know your current password in order to “Edit my Profile” so it is highly recommended that you complete this step shortly after you have created your new Citrix portal password.You do not need to change your password when editing your profile the first time.

  8. myPassword® - Edit my Profile • Enter your Citrix portal User Name and Password, which are both case-sensitive. • The Domain field should remain as PRD. • Click Logon.

  9. myPassword® - Edit my Profile Setup four (4) security questions. • The first, second and third questions are chosen from a predetermined drop-down list.

  10. myPassword® - Edit my Profile Setup four (4) security questions. • The fourth question is a personal question that you create. • Note: You cannot use the same answer for multiple questions.  • When all four questions have been setup, click Update.

  11. myPassword® - Edit my Profile • A confirmation message will display acknowledging that your profile has been updated. • Click Return to Main Menu now. • Go to the Citrix portal and logon.

  12. myPassword® - Reset my Password If you do not know your current password, choose Reset my Password.

  13. myPassword® - Reset my Password • Enter your Citrix portal User Name. • The Domain field should remain as PRD. • Click Logon.

  14. myPassword® - Reset my Password • You will be prompted to answer the same four (4) security questions that you previously created. • The answers are not case-sensitive. • Click on Continue after answering each question.

  15. myPassword® - Reset my Password • Select the Enterbutton and type the password you would like to use in both the Password and Confirm fields. • Click Reset Password. • Password complexity requirements are enforced which means: • Passwords must be at least 8 characters long • Passwords must not contain 3 or more characters from the users account name • Passwords must contain characters from at least 3 of the following 4 categories: • English uppercase characters (A – Z) • English lowercase characters (a – z) • Base 10 digits (0 – 9) • Non-alphanumeric (example: !, $, #, %) • Passwords expire every 75 days • Password policy is currently set to disallow reuse of the last 5 passwords Important Note: The following are password requirements for the Citrix portal only and do not apply to Accero-Cyborg.

  16. myPassword® - Reset my Password • A confirmation message will display • acknowledging that your password has been reset. • Click Return to Main Menu now. • Go to the Citrix portal and logon.

  17. myPassword® - Unlock my Account After 5 unsuccessful login attempts, your Citrix portal account will be temporarily locked out. NOTE:Locked accounts will automatically unlock after 30 minutes.

  19. myPassword® - Unlock my Account • Enter your Citrix portal User Name • The Domain field should remain as PRD. • Click Logon.

  20. myPassword® - Unlock my Account • You will be prompted to answer the same four (4) security questions that you previously created. • The answers are not case-sensitive. • Click on Continue after answering each question.

  21. myPassword® - Unlock my Account • Your account status will be displayed. • If you know your password, click Unlock my Account. • If your account is not locked or your do not know your password, click Return to Main Menu now and choose Reset my Password.

  22. myPassword® - Unlock my Account • If you clicked the Unlock my Account button, a confirmation message will display that indicates your account has been unlocked. • Click Return to Main Menu now. • Go to the Citrix portal and logon.

  23. myPassword® - Change my Password If you know your current password and wish to make a change, choose Change my Password.

  24. myPassword® - Change my Password • Enter your Citrix portal User Name and Password. • The Domain field should remain as PRD. • Click Logon.

  25. myPassword® - Change my Password • Type the password you would like to use in both the Password and Confirm fields. • Note: Keep the password complexity requirements in mind when choosing a new password. • Click Change Password.

  26. myPassword® - Change my Password • A confirmation message will display • acknowledging that your password has been changed. • Click Return to Main Menu now. • Go to the Citrix portal and logon.

  27. Citrix Portal • In the event you have forgotten • your CITRIX portalpassword • and are unable to reset it through “myPassword®”, • please send an email request to: • mrc.payroll@sumtotalsystems.com • A password will be sent to you via email.
