Impact of Object Diameter on Selection Time in Experimental IT Research

This experimental study investigates how the diameter of an object affects selection time in IT analysis tasks. Conducted as a within-subjects design, participants were tasked with selecting objects of varying diameters (25 mm, 30 mm, and 40 mm) as quickly as possible. The main dependent variable measured was selection time. We utilized a one-way within-subject ANOVA for parametric analysis and the Friedman test for non-parametric analysis of variance. Participants were also instructed to download assignments and report ratings and errors in an Excel sheet.
