Current Transition Plan • Lockheed Martin Mission Systems (LMMS) • Upgrade Dedicated Monitor Stations and Ground Antennas with New Digital Receivers and Computers • Replace Existing Master Control Station Mainframe Computer With a Distributed Architecture • Add Accuracy Improvement Initiative, Air Force Satellite Control Network, and Full IIR Capabilities • Build Fully Mission Capable Alternate Master Control Station (AMCS) at Vandenberg Tracking Station • Boeing North America (BNA) • Add IIF Command and Control Functionality 2-Step Plan: Replace Existing Mainframe With Distributed Architecture Then Add Block IIF Functionality

Summary • GPS is a Healthy Constellation - 27 Operational Satellites - Navigation Payloads Operating Great • Block IIR - SVN43 Bus and Navigation Payload Nominal - Solid Navigation Performance - 18 more pending Block IIR launches scheduled • Block IIF - Air Force has committed to purchase 6 Block IIF satellites for now, with an option (on a case by case annual basis) to procure a total of 30
