Problems Inter-Agency Flows: Not always timely; Versions: Multiple versions exchanged – difficult to ascertain correct version; Errors; On-going amendments (not related to HS 2007) complicated changes; ITD Section responsibilities not clearly defined; Staff training required prior to exercise; Overtime requirements; General communications between ITD sections.

  6. BUT HS 2007 versions of import and export classifications completed for January 1, 2007! Post-Mortem sessions held; Problems identified – better next time???
