SWOT Analysis • Strengths: Strong relationship with ComSoc by Chapter Chair. • Weaknesses: Insufficient Activity and active Chapter Leaders • Opportunities: Strong university and Industry activities in Communications and Signal Processing technologies. • Threats: Thinking others will handle Chapter.

  6. Chapter Plans / Issues • Increase Chapter activities via Joint meetings then as volunteers are engaged, hold technical meetings of interest. • Focus on engaging students and industry • Engage an active group of Chapter Leaders • Increase communications & activities with Society Sponsors
