The UTSA Student Chapter of IEEE held its Spring Planning Meeting on January 26, 2013, in San Marcos, TX. The chapter leadership team conducted a SWOT analysis highlighting strengths like newly involved officers and strong annual events, weaknesses including historical follow-through, and opportunities presented by new chairs in EE and CS. Additionally, the meeting agenda included plans for general meetings, guest speakers, workshops, and membership drives, all designed to enhance engagement and resources for members amidst challenges of officer graduation and communication.
