ENCUSTA BIENAL DE CULTURAS 2013 La Encuesta Bienal de Culturas es una radiografía cultural, con carácter periódico y rigor estadístico, de la Bogotá urbana, donde se asume la cultura como un campo que trasciende e incorpora los universos del arte, del patrimonio, las prácticas culturales, los hábitos de la recreación, la actividad física y el deporte y otras esferas de la vida humana que son objeto de afectación por las políticas públicas distritales.
