  1. Interesting Team-building Activities for Adults to Try at Work Team-building activities can be very helpful to break the ice among new employees and help relieve stress for the older ones. Following are a few fun team-building activities for adults at work. 1.Compliments Each person should have a paper taped at their back and the group mingles. Everyone introduces and talks about themselves to everyone else. The conversation can go for around a minute each. After the person has introduced and talked about themselves, each member writes a secret compliment on the paper taped at the back of the person. After each person has taken their turn, the participants should read the compliments out loud and guess who wrote them. 2.Things in Common Everyone is required to sit in two rows of chairs, each member facing another one. The members should talk to each other and find out three things they have in common. After a minute, each member is supposed to switch and find a new partner. At the end, each member provides a feedback about the unusual things in common they found. 3.Memory Game Everyone in the room is given a minute to communicate with every other person. Once everyone is done communicating, all the members sit in a circle. Going around the circle, each person has to mention the details they remember about each person they communicated with. 4.Reverse Charades Instead of one participant acting out the charade to the group, the group has to act it out for one member to guess. Not only will this get the people communicating and working together, but it can be very enjoyable and funny as well.
