This grocery bagging system automates the packaging process by intelligently handling items based on size and temperature needs. It checks for potential cross-sales and prioritizes bagging bottles first, followed by large items like beef and ice cream, ensuring proper insulation for frozen goods. With a series of rules for bagging large and medium items, the system effectively uses working memory to track the items being bagged and makes decisions based on bag capacity and item type. This ensures an organized and efficient checkout experience.
