  2. Organizing music festivals on the island of Curacao is something Gregory Elias has done for years. A finance industry professional, he has extensive experience in this field. Throughout the year, Curacao holds three music festivals and one film festival that are not to be missed.

  3. In May, Curacao plays host to the Curacao International BlueSeas Festival. This two-day celebration of all things Blues offers great food and even better music. Held at the Pietermaai District in Willemstad, this Blues extravaganza is quite popular, and not to be missed. Admission is free.

  4. Gregory Elias is responsible for organizing and financing the Curacao North Sea Jazz Festival. While the festival itself only lasts for three days, there is constant partying and Jazz listening during those seventy-two hours. Guests will experience many forms of Jazz, Funk, Soul, R&B, and Latin Music during the event, including some of the biggest names in the industry.

  5. For the last six years, this has been the most sought after and anticipated community event each year. Gregory Elias has extensive involvement in the festival’s organization. During the month of July a People’s Festival is organized which brings all the goodies the local Curacao culture has to offer not only in music but also in other artistic areas such a sculpture and paintings. Also here the admission is free.

  6. Last but not least the Curacao International Film Festival Rotterdam Held every year during the first week of April and which just celebrated its first lustrum.(www.curacaoiffr.com). A must for all lovers of Art House movies.
