Regulation of ATF6α Expression by ERRγ and PGC1α in Human Cells

This study investigates the impact of ERRγ and PGC1α on ATF6α expression levels using human cell models. Results show significant changes in ATF6α mRNA levels upon manipulation of ERRγ and PGC1α. Findings suggest a regulatory role for ERRγ and PGC1α in modulating ATF6α expression in human cells.
