  11. PRINICIPAL • EPI Plasma is a Thermal Process. • Aluminum & Copper Oxide powder is energized in milliseconds to a Plasma stage using Electrostatic Power Impulse (EPI) Generator. • Process generates the heat & impact wave to crack & break the rock.

PRODUCT • Electro Power Impactor (EPI): • Input Power – 30 KVA, 380 V, 3 phase, 50 Hz • Storage Energy – 268.92 kJ • Output Energy – 1, 34, 680 Kw • Impact Cells: • 2Al + 3Cuo = Al2O3 + 3Cu + 1197 KJ • Plasma Cells & EPI are patented worldwide including US, Europe, Japan, Australia, Korea etc

  13. PROCESS • Drill holes of 51 mm to a depth of 3 meter • Insert Plasma cells • Plug the hole using seal & sand bags • Energized Electro Power Impactor (EPI) using 30 KVA Generator. • Provide Pulse to Plasma Cells from EPI • Remove the Fragmented Rock using normal Excavator
