GENDER IN GOVERNANCE

It includes findings from 67 interviews (49 women and 18 men), two focus group discussions with political science students, and a week-long diary analysis of politicians. The research delves into the double-thinking surrounding gender in politics, highlighting the traits women possess that are often overlooked in political spheres. This study aims to shed light on the barriers women face and the skills they bring to governance.
