  • He has intense experience in start up management, organisation restructuring, process reengineering and continuous improvement techniques.
  • Has had financial and operational accountability for terminals working all operational modes ranging in size from 150K TEU to 1.5 M TEU as well as a global portfolio covering operational performance responsibility.
  • His logistical understanding includes contract and union negotiations, operational due diligence, system installations and upgrades and all financial related P&L.
