  2. Hidronefrose devido à pseudoaneurisma gigante Objetivo Apresentar um caso de obstrução extrínseca de ureter esquerdo devido a pseudoaneurismagigante (7,8 cm), de origem indeterminada, localizado em artéria ilíaca comum esquerda.

  4. Hidronefrose devido à pseudoaneurisma gigante Material e Método • Diagnóstico firmado por angio-TC. • Submetido passagem de cateter duplo “j” • Implantado extensão reta de endoprótese 12 x 40mm em Ilíaca Comum esquerda por abordagem Femoral esquerda.

Hidronefrose devido à pseudoaneurisma gigante Resultado • Angio-TC no pós-operatório imediato confirmou a exclusão do aneurisma. • Paciente evoluiu sem queixas e com melhora progressiva dos sintomas, e da hidronefrose. • Remoção do cateter “duplo j”. • Após dois anos da intervenção, segue assintomático do ponto de vista urológico e vascular.

Hidronefrose devido à pseudoaneurisma gigante Conclusão • O presente relato alerta para a possibilidade, pouco comum, de aneurismas ou pseudoaneurismas ilíacos serem fonte de compressão extrínseca de vias urinárias levando à hidronefrose, devendo assim, fazer parte da suspeita e investigação diagnóstica na presença desta queixas.
