  1. In the name of Allah, Most Beneficent, Most Merciful Understand Qur’an – the Easy WayFor Primary School Children (Book-1) Lesson-5b: Surah Al-Falaq

  2. Surah Al-Falaq…

  3. An-Naffaasaati fil Uqad – When magicians blow in knots. • Allah tells us that Magic is real, but it is very bad. We should not be afraid of people who do magic. Just take the protection of Allah and nothing will happen to us inshaAllah.

  4. Hate Magic … • Did you hear of witches with hats, broom etc. All this is very bad and evil. We should not like it whether in cartoons or in movies like Harry Potter etc. • Allah does not like magic and Shaytaan likes it very much. Which side would you like to be? Of course on Allah’s side.

  5. Surah Al-Falaq…

  6. Haasidin izaa Hasad • Example: Suppose you see a boy with a very good watch. If you wish that his watch is lost or damaged, then this is jealousy. It is extremely bad & very dangerous. • We can pray to Allah to give us also the same thing or something better but never wish anything bad to others.

  7. Haasidin izaa Hasad • Remember! Having a nice car or dress or the latest playstation etc does not make us better than others. The best is the one who loves and obeys Allah, and does not listen to Shaytaan.

  8. Jealousy • Shaitaan was very jealous of Adam (A). If we do jealousy, it is like following Shaitaan. • If a person is jealous, then Allah burns or destroys his good deeds one by one. • If you do not have a toy then ask Allah and look at those children who don’t have even food to eat and don’t have proper things to wear, we should thank Allah swt. • And when we see something good a person is having, we should say Maasha-Allah. Baarakallah.

  9. Surah Al-Falaq…

  10. Remember Again • You don’t want to be hurt by any one, your friends or strangers or jealous people. You don’t to be hurt by any thing either, such as falling on the road, or hit by the ball or bat while playing or having any accident – big or small! • Allah gave us the best, the most powerful formula in this Surah. Recite it with understanding it and with feelings. Feel the power of Allah and that He is giving us the protection as we recite this Surah.

  11. Importance of the Surah: • Muhammad pbuh loved the 3 Quls (Surah Ikhlaas, Falaq, and Naas). After every obligatory prayer, he used to recite them. Before going to sleep, he would recite Surah al-Falaq and Surah an-Naas, blow on the hands and wipe his whole body, every single night. This is a strong shield against any harm. • A SMART boy/girl will always follow this excellent powerful formula.
