  3. 公司IT 基本概念 • 2. 邮件系统 Lotus Notes 为Bureauveritas的邮件系统， 其中分为两部分， Notes 服务器和Notes客户端。 中国Marine Notes邮件服务器都放在HongKong Datacenter. 我们公司的一些应用系统是基于Lotus Notes 开发的。如 ASMS. • 3. 邮件地址 基于Notes系统， 一般都会有两个邮件地址， 一个是Notes地址即公司内部邮件地址， 例如 Miller Deng/CHN/VERITAS。 另一个为外部地址即Interntnet 邮件地址， 例如 Miller.Deng@cn.bureauveritas.com。

SLO SLO 即 Single Login, 它是做为Notes 内部地址的一个省略用户名。 一个用户只对应一个SLO, 它在公司内部是唯一的。在您开通Lotus Notes邮件系统后，会收到一份总部的来信，信中包含了您的SLO账号。 如果你忘记了SLO密码，可以到https://portal.bureauveritas.com/wps/portal/ForgotPassword 网站，输入自己的SLO和Internet 邮箱地址来重新获取。如果更改了SLO密码, 以下程序的SLO密码都会自动更新。 - BVPortal - Applications hosted within BV Portal, such as BV Net, BV Qualif, Webmail, PMP, etc. - BVConnect - Sametime (即时通信软件，类似于MSN,但仅限于BV内部员工使用) - Unicenter - Marine Veristar Info - Qualification Marine

  5. 日常软件介绍 • Notes Notes客户端用于收发邮件，同时为ASMS提供平台应用。 • 公司Notes 邮件系统的相关政策 • 普通用户的邮箱容量为500M, 超过500M就会收到提醒信息。请收到信息后做Archive 。 • 普通用户白天可以发送的邮件大小为2M。 • 超过2M，但小于5M的信会被自动保留在服务器上，等到晚上发送。（发件人和收件人如果在同一服务器上，不受此条影响） • 普通用户最大可以发送5M的邮件。收信容量不受限制。 • 部分国内发件人向公司邮箱发信可能会被退回，如遇此类问题，请和HELP DESK联系。

  6. 日常软件介绍 2. Distribution Group Distribution group 即分发组。 如果您无法收到群发的邮件，请和您的部门秘书联系，以帮您加入对应的组中 3. 公共邮箱 公共邮箱可以让一组同事共用的邮箱。 一般的公共邮箱都是以部门为单位来申请的。 如果要申请公共邮箱， 请确定邮箱名字， 并得经理批准后发信给IT. 公共邮箱一般的命名格式: Deparment name + Location name 4. ASMS ASMS是基于Lotus Notes 发开的一个应用系统。 NS, NC 的同事主要利用这个系统来出证书。

  7. 日常软件介绍 • Mcafee Mcafee 作为BV唯一指定的防病毒软件同时Mcafee作为BVconnect（VPN）必需安装软件。Mcafee现在提供更新的版本为8.5i 和8.7i. • BVconnect BVconnect 为BV公司唯一的VPN接入软件， 它可以为Internet的用户接入到公司的网络内， 访问公司的文件服务器或应用程序。 • Marine software Company Genesis Neptune • AS400 AS400做为财务软件， 一般为财务人员或部门秘书使用。

  8. 日常软件介绍 • IM Sametime Same time 为公司内部即时通信软件。可以在Notes 6.5中使用。 另外还有单独版本Sametime 6.5. 服务器名: Stime1.bureauveritas.com • Blackberry Blackberry 可以用来收发公司的邮件， 一般为经理配备。 • IT 软件政策 公司电脑所安装的软件必需为合法的软件。 即公司的电脑只可以安装有购买版权并且仅和公司业务有关的软件. 盗版软件和与工作无关的软件不能安装在公司的电脑内。
