  3. 1st reason they are needed: Women are Wired Differently!

  4. For example: Generally speaking…

  5. For example: On the playground… And in the narthex!

  6. For example: In handling stress!

  7. In short… • Women are wired differently! • Rather than deny gender differences, let’s capitalize on them – to advance God’s kingdom!

  8. 2nd reason they are needed: Women are more Inclined spiritually than men.

  10. 3rd reason they are needed: Volunteers who provide ministry also need to receive ministry. Women need Nurture.

  11. Women need Nurture. • The percentage of women who volunteer to help a church is declining. • “Churches need to consider whether… they are providing sufficient opportunities for women to receive ministry and not just provide ministry to others.” (George Barna)

  12. Why women ministries? Because women… W – are Wired differently. I – are more Inclined spiritually. N – need Nurture.
