  3. What is a Special Interest Group? • A Special Interest Group is a group of Project Management professionals that share a common interest, work in the same industry, or have the same project focus. • There are SIGS that look at ethnical issues, industry issues, or career specific issues.

Mission • To establish and promote the awareness and integration of Quality into Project Management. • To increase the knowledge of Quality and to promote the use of Quality techniques by education, networking, and communication. • To involve members in contributing to Quality awareness, knowledge and integration into Project Management.
