GVNML- LALSOT Lessons Learnt • The poor has been organized such a manner where they can explore opportunity of good earning in a sustained way. • The activity chosen by CIG are based on their skill, capacity and linked with their earlier assets. • The political power and local self governance has less oriented regarding project theme that create hurdles some time. GVNML- LALSOT Forward Step (envisaged) • Successful CIG are to be trained for better management of business such as, accounting, leadership and benefit sharing, investment plan, marketing etc. for upgrading their business. • CIG should be organized or federate with cluster approach where a facilitation team facilitate CIG towards forward/backward linkages, marketing, loaning, etc. • Now time to think over sustainability of assets created such as agriculture tools purchased but water availability to be ensured, tent to be upgraded and maintained.
