Expanded Learning Programs in California • 4,400 programs in California • Serving more than 450,000 youth per day • 750 million dollars in state and federal funds through ASES and 21st CCLC • More than 40,000 after school staff

Oxnard Scholars The goal of the Oxnard Scholars Program is to provide a quality comprehensive after school program that emphasizes fun, activity-based learning, reinforcing the knowledge and skills needed for in-school success.
