This study examines the impact of Paclitaxel on Caspase activation and apoptosis pathways in breast cancer cell lines MCF-7, T47D, MDA-MB-468, and BT20. The research investigates Cleaved Caspase-9, Caspase-8, and Caspase-3 levels at various time points following Paclitaxel treatment. Furthermore, the study delves into the interactions between pro- and anti-apoptotic proteins Bad, Bim, Bcl-2, Bcl-xL, Mcl-1, Bak, Bax, Puma, and Bmf in response to Paclitaxel. The results shed light on the molecular mechanisms underlying Paclitaxel-induced cell death in breast cancer. Figures S1a to S5c present the experimental data and findings.
