Gymnastics 4 National Curriculum Attainment Level • I can compose a basic sequence and repeat it in the correct order with some fluency. • I can work successfully with others to create and perform partner or group work. • I have developed a range of gymnastic skills which are often performed with control. • I can perform some more complex movements and balances with the help of others. • I can use some technical terms to describe a performance (such as control, starting and finishing positions.) • I can probably warm up and cool down myself • I understand the importance of exercise for a healthy lifestyle 4c = 2 of the criteria met-from 2 colours! 4b = 4 of the criteria met-from 3 colours! 4a = All of the criteria met, Well done move on to level 5!
