  1. Case 1 • 38 years female • Right breast lump: 6 months • On examination: 6x6 cm soft lump in the superior quadrant, mobile • No ax LNs palpable • FNA yielded thick mucoid/ gelatinous aspirate

  2. Case 2 70 years female Left breast lump – 4 months On examination: left breast superior quadrant lump, 4x5 cm, cystic FNA yielded 20 ml of sanguinous fluid After attempted evacuation, a residual lump was felt

  3. Case 3 40 years female Right breast lump for 1 week On examination: 6x5 cm, firm to hard mass in medial quadrant of right breast, mobility restricted FNA yielded bloody aspirate

  4. Case 4 55 year female Lump right breast – 2 months On examination: 4 x 4 cm lump in the lateral quadrant, firm, areola thickened and fixed to underlying breast tissue Early peau d’orange FNA- blood mixed aspirate

  5. Case 5 29 years female Indurated sinus in the left breast axillary tail On examination: Healed sinus with a 4x4 cm firm mass around it. FNA- Blood mixed aspirate

  6. Case 6 45 years female Lump in left breast – 6 months OE- lump in medial quadrant of left breast with a discharging sinus FNA yielded purulent blood mixed aspirate
