Classroom Management Star Sheet (Land on a star and get a prize) • Students earn stars • Completing assignments on time(daily/whole week) • Reading at least double the minutes required • Earning 100% on tests, quizzes, projects, etc… • Going above and beyond in their work • Exhibiting model behavior • Trying hard • Staying on task • Listening and following directions • Following the “Golden Rule” • ETC… +
Classroom Management Behavior/Grade Sheet • Used to record student’s behavior in class • Tallies Yes/No • No tallies indicate satisfactory behavior for week • Used to record student’s weekly grades • Students record weekly goal • Sent home with Thursday’s papers • Signed and returned on Friday -
Attendance and Dismissal • 5 absences- teacher notifies parents • A note from parents required explaining absences • Changes in routine dismissal require a note from parents • Students must be signed out through the office • Tardy students must check in at the office before coming to class
