  3. STEP 1: Application Mail in your completed application and $70.00 fee 60 days prior to your expected graduation. Application: -Download online -Call Customer Service Center and one will be mailed Fee: -Mail Personal Check, Money Order, or Cashiers Check -No Credit Cards

  4. STEP 2: Register for Exam Register to take the NCLEX exam and submit the $200.00 fee to PearsonVue. Who is PearsonVue?: -PearsonVue is the company that has been contracted to provide test development and test administration services for the NCLEX Examination.

  5. STEP 3: Receive ATT • After you have registered thru PearsonVue, the Washington State Nursing Commission will then make you eligible to test once we have received the certificate of completion or transcripts from your School of Nursing. • PearsonVue will then supply you with your Authorization to Test (ATT).

  6. STEP 4: After the Exam Ways to Obtain Results: 1. Check the internet 48-72hours after you take the exam to see if you have been licensed www.doh.wa.gov 2. Wait for your results in the mail. 3. Not by phone
